I really like the look, quality, and night light. However, as others have mentioned, it is a bit messy. Most, if not all of the seed, was on the ground within a couple of days. When you fill it a small amount spills so the main issue is after it's filled. Part of the problem is the sparrows seem to pick through the seed and toss what they don't like on the ground. But I do believe the majority of spillage is due to the design. I'm not sure how I would redesign it, but now I just put a small amount in it each time. I'd buy a second one if it wasn't for this issue.

It looks nice, and the best part is that it holds a lot of birdseed. With the previous feeder, I had to refill it often, but this one is easy to maintain because it can hold plenty of seed. It looks beautiful with the light on at night. It's a secret that there's no food for the birds at night.

I was skeptical but I am impressed.
I've purchased MANY bird feeders and this one is the first that has shown no signs of deterioration and it's in full sun all day long.
The light is bright and actually useful. Think of it as a fuel light lol When you see the light shining through your bid feeder, you know its time to fill it up.
I really enjoy that feature and its pretty to look at when she's empty and a nice reminder to fill. Really happy with this bird feeder and my seeds last with this - no waste to the ground.

This solar bird feeder is perfect. It’s so beautiful in the day and more so at night when the solar light is on. You can tell when the feeder needs refilling as the light fills the whole feeder. I hung a slinky over the post so the squirrels can’t get to it

First day I received this I was able to get it out in the sun for about 1 hours. It glowed softly all night long. The birds love it, and use it daily: juncos, blue jays, wrens and sparrows for now. The juncos surprised me as they are normally ground feeders.
